Vice President, Recruitment and Asia Region Head

Senior Business Builder | Life Sciences | Venture Development | Innovation Ecosystem Leader

Tatiana Yglesias is a senior business builder with 16 years of global leadership experience in Life Sciences across Latin America, Europe, and the U.S., spanning pharmaceutical commercialization, healthcare innovation, and venture development. She began her career in global pharma, leading commercial initiatives and launching new business units across multiple markets—building a strong foundation in market access, strategic execution, and organizational growth.

After earning both her Master’s in Chemical Engineering and MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), she led large-scale initiatives that transformed how healthcare innovations reach patients. In Mexico, she established Novartis’s Immunology Business Unit, creating a new business line that delivered sustainable growth. Later, in Boston, she built Portal Innovations’ venture hub, expanding its ecosystem to support early-stage biotech companies with capital, lab space, and strategic guidance. Most recently, she launched and now directs the Boston Chapter of VNTR, a global investor network that connects decision-makers, shares deal flow, and mobilizes capital across international markets.

Recognizing the impact her experience could have in accelerating early-stage innovation, she founded Supra Advisory, which has evolved into a platform operating at the convergence of people, science, and capital to accelerate early-stage growth and build sustainable ventures. Through this work, she collaborates with a global network of partners, investors, and ecosystem leaders to bridge innovation, leadership, and capital, supporting emerging ventures from inception to scale.

Her contributions to the future of healthcare, biopharma, and life sciences earned her a place in The BLOC100 (2025), and she also serves on the boards of Latinos in Bio and the Women’s Foundation of Massachusetts, mentoring the next generation in business and financial empowerment.

As she continues expanding her ecosystem work, she is motivated to partner with Bench International, in a consulting capacity, helping strengthen the talent side of innovation — a critical and often overlooked driver of long-term company success.
