Prior to joining Bench International, Kim built a distinguished career advancing sales, fundraising, and strategic partnerships across global nonprofits and the life sciences sector. As Executive Director of Member Engagement at BioNJ, New Jersey’s leading life sciences trade association, she successfully onboarded hundreds of biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies into membership and managed the organization’s purchasing consortium, delivering statewide value. At The Leadership Edge, Kim cultivated a thriving partner network and applied a consultative approach to equip life sciences companies with the tools, resources, and leadership skills needed to accelerate innovation and organizational performance.
Recognized for her ability to build trusted relationships, expand market presence, and deliver sustained growth, Kim brings proven expertise at the intersection of business development and the life sciences ecosystem. She has served on the Advisory Boards of the New Jersey Bioscience Center and PHL Life Sciences and remains an active member of multiple state bio associations.
Kim earned her B.A. in English and Communications from Cabrini University.
