Emma Green

Emma joined Bench International as Vice President, Executive Recruitment in 2021. She brings with her over 8 years of executive search experience encompassing a wide range of functions, including R&D, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and Quality Systems in Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies of all sizes across the United States and China Life Science Centers. Prior to joining Bench, Emma was Director and Lead of China Business Development with a Life Sciences search firm in San Diego, National Search Associates, where she recruited senior leaders from Director level to the C-suite for startup pharma and biotech companies as well as global majors. Prior to National Search Associates, Emma gained search experience with RSVP Group and Boyden Executive Search. Emma earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Kyorin University in Tokyo, Japan, and her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University in Arlington, VA.
