At Bench, Denali supports executive and senior-level searches spanning R&D, clinical development, regulatory, quality, commercial, operations, finance, legal, and corporate leadership. Her work focuses on roles critical to scientific advancement, regulatory execution, and organizational scale. Denali has partnered with companies from early stage through global operations. This experience shapes her approach to leadership assessment, search strategy, and long-term placement outcomes. She brings consistency, structure, and sound judgment to complex searches, particularly during periods of growth, transition, and increased regulatory demands.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Southern California.
