Cheryl’s career in healthcare and life sciences has spanned over 25 years, which includes the last 23 years at Bench International. Cheryl holds the roles of the CFO and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Cheryl manages the financial operations of the firm to ensure the financial health and sustainability, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance requirements.
In addition, Cheryl manages the human resources functions, administering benefits, risk management, implementing business policies and fostering a positive work environment at Bench. Cheryl holds a B.S. degree in Business with a focus on Finance from (CSUN) California State University, Northridge.
