Vice President, Research
Bench International is seeking an experienced Vice President of Research to play a critical role in delivering world-class executive search and leadership advisory services across the global life sciences industry. This is a remote position reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with senior leadership, business development, and search teams.
As Vice President of Research, you will serve as a strategic partner across engagements, supporting the full lifecycle of executive search assignments. You will design and execute rigorous research strategies, generate market intelligence, and ensure the highest standards of data quality and insight. Researchers at Bench are trusted advisors. Their work directly shapes client outcomes and long-term relationships
This role offers broad exposure to C-suite and board-level searches across biotech, pharma, medtech, digital health, and emerging life sciences platforms. You will collaborate across multiple concurrent engagements, contribute to business development efforts, and help advance Bench’s proprietary knowledge base and research excellence
